Our experience spans the full range of what this region has to offer: from the grandeur of Villa Venezia, a Hudson Valley venue defined by elegant architecture and serene outdoor ceremony sites, to the relaxed intimacy of a private residence, to a laid-back celebration at a Phoenicia diner. With over 12 years of experience in the luxury event space, Karla and her team are in high demand, so booking early is strongly recommended. For full planning, reaching out 12–18 months in advance is ideal. For day-of coordination, 6–9 months gives the team enough runway to do their best work.

That said, we understand that life doesn't always go according to plan. We've stepped in for couples as little as 1–2 months before their wedding day, coming to the rescue for those who found themselves overwhelmed by the countless little details still left to manage and simply wanted to be fully present and stress-free on one of the most important days of their lives.
